NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ndash; ALL TRAINING PROVIDED Responsibilities: * The first point of contact for all enquiries. * Provide outstanding customer service to all customers. * Manage challenging calls professionally and calmly. * Confidently directing customers to the relevant departments. * Help resolve any confusion or questions regarding their policies or claims. Requirements: * Prior customer service experience ndash; hospitality or retail welcomed. * Clear communication skills, both written and spoken. * Eager to learn and a can-do attitude. * Passion for providing a service. * Team player.
