Cover supervisor

We are recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to work in Secondary Schools across South Birmingham. Working as a day to day Cover Supervisor you will be expected to: Create a positive and stimulating learning environment Effectively manage the behavior of pupils Deliver pre planned lessons, in an engaging and creative way to your class Support and monitor student rsquo;s progression in lessons To apply for this role you will need: A Degree or Level 3 Qualification Experience working in a UK Secondary School Enthusiasm for teaching Experience working as a Cover Supervisor Ability to build rapport with students Strong behaviour management skills Good classroom management skills Our Promise To You!
