Position: Conveyancer Location: Newcastle upon Tyne and Gateshead Job Description: I am working on behalf of a fabulous legal firm t hey are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their dynamic team in Newcastle upon Tyne or Gateshead office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conveyancing law, with expertise in handling residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting property searches, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion. Conduct property searches and review legal documents to identify any issues or discrepancies. Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process to ensure smooth transactions. Draft legal documents such as contracts, leases, and transfer deeds. Provide expert advice to clients on property law, regulations, and potential risks. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Handle any post-completion matters, including registration of property transfers and payment of stamp duty. Manage client relationships and provide regular updates on the progress of their transactions. Requirements Requirements: Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer Proven experience in conveyancing law Strong knowledge of property law and regulations Excellent communication and client management skills Ability to work effectively within a team
