As a Sales Support Executive you will be joining the award winning team of consultants assisting them with various administrative tasks enabling them to exceed their targets and generate more revenue for the business. You will be someone who who excels in building relationships, managing accounts, you will have an analytic mindset and thrive working in fast- paced environment! This role in also offer career development into becoming a business consultant. Sounds interesting.. what will by duties be?? Building rapport and relationships with clients to ensure they receive the best customer service. Be the main point of contact for any new enquiries. Sending out communications to clients regarding events. Direct advisers to the relevant teams in relation to requirement queries or case chase queries. Liaising with claims teams and keeping advisers updated. Arranging campaigns for a targeted selection of advisers. Speak to prospects and identify meeting opportunities and book in for consultants.Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Proactive and flexible work ethic. Previous experience in sales support or a similar role preferred. Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is advantageous.
