We are actively seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants for various assignments, including working 1:1 with SEND pupils for additional support. Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant: Provide tailored assistance to students, staff, and families, fostering positive relationships. Collaborate with staff to develop personalized learning plans and pathways, supporting student growth. Demonstrate dedication to improving students #39; lives socially, physically, or academically. Show proficiency in offering necessary support to students, including working 1:1 with SEND pupils. Exhibit resilience, adaptability, and quick thinking in different environments.
