Nights shift operations manager

Due to exciting growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Shift Manager. You will play an integral role in the efficient day to day operations of the dept; you will manage a team and be responsible for coaching, training, and motivating. In this position you will have the opportunity to use your people management experience to drive our business forward ensuring all associated costs, KPI rsquo;s and future growth requirements are well managed. THE DETAILS: Location: Coventry, CV3 4PB Shift Pattern: Sunday-Thursday Hours: 21:00pm - 06:00am subject to change based on business requirements Salary: Negotiable based on experience level Parking Onsite Monthly Pay WHAT YOU WILL DO: Manage and motivate the team to meet customer timescales and improved productivity. Maintain quality standards. Ensure the labelling, sortation and warehouse team productivity targets are achieved. Provide lsquo;hand over report rsquo; to oncoming Shift Manager Ensure inductions are carried out for all new staff. Provide training to all staff and contractors to ensure they can undertake their duties effectively, efficiently and safely. Ensure all staff have completed the necessary Health Safety training. WHAT YOU NEED: Hold a full UK driving license. Must have management experience. Relevant working experience within Distribution or Logistics Hardworking, positive and a flexible attitude to work. Knowledge of H S legislation Experience in discipline and grievance protocol. Experience in managing absence. Good PC skills WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?
