Hybrid customer service agent

You will be delivering excellent customer service, both in writing and on the phone. You will be working with multiple systems across a diverse product range. Hybrid work- 2 weeks of training in office, and then hybrid work (60% from home or more, and 40% in office) Hours: Monday to Friday, working 37.5 hours in the week, between 9am and 7pm.
