Position: Teaching Assistant Location: Altrincham Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent Pay: GBP85 - GBP100 per day As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to students at KS3, KS4, and those with SEN, assisting them in reaching their full potential. You will be responsible for: Providing tailored one-to-one support to address individual learning needs Assisting teachers in implementing effective learning strategies Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment Supporting students #39; emotional and social developmentRequirements: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or child-based experience Experience supporting students with SEND is desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to supporting student development and well-being Strong grasp of the UK Schools Curriculum An Enhanced DBS check, or the willingness to undergo one Able to provide full CV History with all education and employmentThe School: Successful 11-16 academy Good Ofsted April 2016 Teaching is consistently good.
