About the Role: We #39;re seeking a committed individual to join a SEND school in South Liverpool, providing full-time support in a 1:1 capacity with a highly dysregulated child, in collaboration with another staff member. This temporary role extends until the culmination of the academic year. Responsibilities: Offer tailored 1:1 assistance to a highly dysregulated child within a SEND school environment. Work closely with a fellow staff member to ensure the child #39;s needs are effectively addressed. Apply Team-Teach methodologies and tactics to manage challenging behaviours. Support the child #39;s educational and personal growth, respecting their unique needs and capabilities. Requirements: Prior experience working with SEND children is vital. Possession of Team-Teach training certification is mandatory. Demonstrated ability to function effectively within a team. Preferred experience with non-verbal children.
