We are currently seeking an experienced SEN Teacher with a SEMH specialism to inspire and support our students on their educational journey. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of students with SEMH challenges. * Create a supportive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes positive behavior and emotional well-being. * Develop and implement personalized behaviour plans and interventions to support student progress. * Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to provide holistic support to students. * Utilise strategies such as Attention Autism and Team Teach to effectively manage and support students with diverse needs. Qualifications and Skills: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialisation in Special Education or SEMH (QTLS also accepted). * Proven experience working with students with SEMH needs in a classroom setting. * Experience with Attention Autism and Team Teach techniques is highly desirable. * Strong understanding of SEN provision and evidence-based interventions. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
