Your Role: As a Full-Time 1:1 Support Assistant, your primary mission will be to work closely with students who may face challenges in managing their behaviour. You will play a pivotal role in helping them overcome barriers to learning and promoting their active participation in daily school life. Your responsibilities will include: Providing one-on-one support to students with challenging behaviour. Building positive relationships with students, fostering trust and confidence. Implementing individualised strategies and interventions to address specific needs. Assisting with classroom activities and helping students stay engaged in their learning.
