Air tightness tester

Our client is a UK leading provider of testing, consulting and assessment services to the construction, renovation and development industry. Due to increase workload they are urgently seeking a Air Tightness Tester to work in their regions of Newcastle and North East England Requirements- Working knowledge of test regulations and guidelines Commercial awareness of Building Regulation and Construction Industry. High numeracy skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Up to knowledge of IT software packages. Driving license. Duties- Transporting equipment between the laboratory and test site. Liaising with on site contacts. Planning and designing test methodologies. Setting up test equipment. Collating and analysing data during testing. Writing reports. Providing remedial guidance when test fail. Benefits Competitive salary Flexible working hours.
