Desktop Support Engineer Contract | euro;160/day+ | Dublin Our client eagerly seeks an experienced Desktop Support Technician on a contract basis, valuing both technical prowess and strong communication skills to maintain seamless ICT operations. Responsibilities: Provide 1st 2nd support for desktop, application, mobile platform, and network issues. Assist in Desktop OS and application rollouts, including testing and documentation. Requirements: Industry certifications and relevant experience are required. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11) and MAC OS. Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile operating systems.
