Post 16 TA Location: Newcastle Salary: GBP75 - GBP100 per day Contract: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent GSL Education are looking for dedicated Post 16 Teaching Assistants to support students in post-secondary educational settings in Newcastle. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the delivery of educational programs to students aged 16+. Provide one-to-one support and small group tuition. Support the development of employability skills and preparation for further education. Liaise with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student success. Requirements: Relevant experience in a similar role or a degree in education. Strong understanding of the academic and social needs of older adolescents. Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate students. A proactive and supportive approach to education.
