Our client is a well known building contractor based in Dublin. They #39;re seeking a Site Manager to join their team based in Dublin, Ireland. Responsibilities: * Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. * Manage site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Supervise and motivate site personnel, promoting teamwork and efficiency. * Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or concerns promptly. * Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry. * Expertise in building envelope and groundworks is essential. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. * Proficiency in project management software is desirable.
