We #39;ll need you to have lots of experience managing large contracts, under CDM, delivering kitchen, bathroom, roofing installations and other elements. You #39;ll also have a proven track record of managing external contractors and internal teams. Our Capital Works team is well-established and highly effective, so we rsquo;re looking for someone who can continue to drive performance following the retirement of our previous manager.
