Parts Advisor - Hull We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at our Hull Depot. You will have a minimum of 2 years commercial parts experience ideally within a franchised dealership. Salary: GBP24,500k to GBP27,000k + Bonus 39 hours per week Monday to Friday, (Overtime rates paid at time half, averaging 6 hours per week) You must provide the highest standard of quality and service; build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers. You will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, ordering specialist parts, undertaking inventory checks to ensure all parts are delivered and are correct. You will be expected to maintain your own product knowledge and awareness of promotions etc. Main Duties: middot;Handle the day-to-day running of the stores. middot;Receipting in and booking out of parts middot;Serve both the front and back counter. middot;Booking parts to job cards and checking over job cards middot;Carrying out perpetual stock checks middot;Completing reports when required middot;Handle warranty and surcharge parts It is key that you have the following: middot;Excellent customer service skills dealing with internal and external customers middot;Ability to provide sound advice and guidance on products and parts middot;Attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork accurately and promptly middot;Knowledge of stock control middot;Team player middot;Fork lift truck licence (desirable) About us We are the largest privately owned dealership in the UK, supplying the full range of new trucks, pre-owned trucks, trailers, and vans.
