Senior Site Manager (3 Month Contract) Middlesborough Retail Fit Out The Company This Senior Site Manager rsquo;s role is with one of the North East rsquo;s leading fit out contractors. They have an excellent reputation and are responsible for refurbishing some of the region rsquo;s most iconic buildings. The Role We are looking for a Senior Site Manager (site-based lead) who has the ability to lead and the take ownership of a GBP1.5m retail refurbishment scheme in Middlesborough. * Overall responsibility for the success of a project ensuring it is handed over on time, to the client rsquo;s expectations and within budget. * Manage project programme. * Manage quality expectations and ensure these are achieved. * Assist with site establishment and site logistics. * Manage all requirements for Health, Safety and environment compliance. * Identifies and manages risk. * Ensure delivery against the project budgets. * Agree requirements for time, cost and quality aspects of trade contractor packages.
