We are looking for Learning Support Assistant to cover day to day, short term and long term placements supporting children with their education. The successful Learning Support Assistant will have: Will have Level 2 or 3 qualified and or a minimum of 6 month #39;s experience working in an educational setting Have good knowledge of child protection and safeguarding guidelines Experience with 1:1 and small-group intervention Excellent classroom management TeacherActive will be able to offer successful Learning Support Assistant a friendly and approachable service along with the following; Competitive rates of pay An experienced consultant who will support you in your placements TeacherActive Referral Scheme ndash; receive up to GBP100 when you refer a friend.
