They are currently seeking a talented Commercial Property Manager to join their dynamic team. Job Description: As a Commercial Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in the management and maintenance of the company rsquo;s commercial property portfolio in Central London. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, optimization, and financial performance of their commercial properties, while delivering the highest level of service to both tenants and property owners. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of commercial properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Coordinate repairs, renovations, and maintenance activities to uphold property standards and maximize tenant satisfaction. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee service agreements to ensure costeffectiveness and quality. Tenant Relations: Cultivate positive relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Facilitate lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations, ensuring adherence to legal and contractual obligations. Act as a liaison between tenants and property owners, providing regular updates on property performance and addressing any issues or disputes. Financial Management: Prepare and manage property budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, tracking revenue, expenses, and variances. Monitor rent collection, lease compliance, and expense payments to optimize property profitability and cash flow. Implement cost-saving initiatives and revenue enhancement strategies to improve property performance and value. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing commercial property management. Identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities associated with property operations, insurance, and legal matters. Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to make informed decisions and recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor rsquo;s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in commercial property management, preferably in Central London. Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing practices, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., RICS, IRPM) are desirable but not essential. Salary Range: GBP35,000 to GBP50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
