Private Client Legal Secretary Wanstead (E11) Your experience as a private client legal secretary is highly sought after by our client, who are an excellent, multi-sited law firm in London. They are looking for a dedicated legal secretary to join their Private Client Team in the Wanstead office. This is a full-time position within a dynamic and busy team. As a Legal Secretary with experience in a private client department, you #39;ll bring excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to support the team and clients. Key Responsibilities: * Welcome visitors and handle personal inquiries from clients and other parties. * Assist with all aspects of Private Client matters. * Produce key documents such as wills, LPAs, and estate accounts. * Manage daily outgoing post and maintain up-to-date filing. * Perform photocopying, file opening on the case management system, and other administrative tasks as required. * Adhere to firm policies and procedures, maintaining high personal conduct to enhance the firm #39;s reputation. * Take on additional tasks as requested by fee earners or the firm. Person Specification: * 5+ years of experience as a legal secretary in a private client department. * Proficiency in audio (BigHand) and copy typing. * Typing speed of at least 60wpm with high accuracy. * Experience in handling client inquiries by phone and in person. * Strong administrative skills and the ability to work under pressure. * Proficient in MS Office.
