Reeson Education is currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in Battersea. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of students with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, and global delay. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs, focusing on their individual learning goals and targets. Assist the class teacher in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and differentiated learning strategies to meet the diverse needs of students. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and included. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic development and well-being of students.Requirements: Previous experience working with students with special educational needs, particularly ASD, ADHD, and global delay. Strong understanding of SEN support strategies and interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
