The successful candidate will have post qualification experience especially on RIBA work stages 4 and 5, hold technical expertise in industry standard software and have comprehensive knowledge of current building regulations. Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician: Relevant post qualification experience in the UK A degree in architectural technology or similar HND/HNC Proven experience working on RIBA stages 4-5 Technical expertise in Revit is essential as well as other industry standard software Experience working in a range of sectors Commercial project experience is advantageous or large scale residential, leisure or hotels A passionate and self-motivated approach to work and professional development Work well both independently and in a team strong technical abilites and keen eye for detail Excellent communication skills Keen eye for detail Good working knowledge of up to date building regulations Interested in this or other roles in Architecture.
