Graduate quantity surveyor

GRADUATE QUANTITY SURVEYOR Our client is a highly regarded multi-disciplinary consultancy that have been working in the local market for a number of years providing surveying services to a range of clients. Due to growth they are now looking to employ a graduate quantity surveyor who they can help progress through their early career as part of their team in Bristol. They have an excellent track record of successfully supporting surveyors through to chartership. Role Responsibilities of the Graduate Quantity Surveyor: bull; Advise on costs involved in building projects bull; Evaluation of tenders bull; Evaluation of costs and advise on alternative proposals bull; Provide advice on implications of different construction methods, materials etc bull; Prepare bills of quantities bull; Preparation of final accounts Skills Experience of the Graduate Quantity Surveyor: bull; Degree in Quantity Surveying ndash; ideally 2:1 and above bull; Some industry experience is beneficial but not essential bull; Excellent communication skills ndash; both written and verbal bull; Passion to start and progress through APC Salary Benefits: bull; GBP24k-27k starting salary (depending on experience) bull; 25 days starting holiday bull; Pension bull; APC mentoring and support bull; Variety of professional and project work WHAT TO DO NEXT FOR THIS GRADUATE QUANTITY SURVEYOR OPPORTUNITY: In order to apply for this Graduate Quantity Surveyor position in Bristol, please click on the link to apply.
