Here is a great opportunity for someone who can bridge a gap between design and construction, ensuring projects are well coordinated and meet the intended purpose/deadlines. The company is a design and build construction company working on leading projects public and private across London. They focus on quality, cost and sustainability factors with over 12 live projects and continuously tendering for others ranging from GBP10m to GBP100m+. They are still a growing company with lots of growth potential. This position is due to sheer growth and demand. The role involves design management, external coordination, strategies, planning and compliance with regulatory standards. You will run design meetings, provide progress reports, sign off drawings, and provide handover reviews. This role has a level of responsibility and autonomy as you will lead projects from cradle to grave. The Role: * Design Programme Management and overseeing subcontractors. * Work with consultants to formulate design strategies whilst being creative, but meeting compliance standards * Manage team and embed a collaborative culture among internal and external relations.
