Experienced Building Surveyor: Condition Surveys for Schools Colleges (East Anglia, Essex, Herts) We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Condition Surveyor to join a growing team. You will play a key role in delivering comprehensive building surveys for schools and colleges across East Anglia, Essex, and Hertfordshire. As a Condition Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out comprehensive condition surveys of schools and colleges across East Anglia, Essex, and Hertfordshire. Responsibilities: * Conduct in-depth inspections of educational buildings, both internally and externally * Identify and assess potential building defects and health safety hazards and maintenance priorities * Ensure compliance with current building regulations and relevant legislation * Prioritise maintenance and repair needs, providing accurate cost estimates * Prepare clear, concise, and informative survey reports for clients * Liaise effectively with school/college staff, academy trusts, and other stakeholders.
