My client is a industry civil engineering and demolition contractor with multiple contracts across the UK. We are currently recruiting a Contracts Manager to join the company and manage numerous demolition contracts to high standard and grow within a ever-growing company. Contracts Manager Responsibilities: bull; Reporting and working alongside the Managing Director. bull; Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety bull; Keeping site diaries bull; Writing RAMS bull; Producing programmes. bull; Managing subcontractors bull; Providing progress reports bull; Managing procurement and sourcing of labour. bull; Managing upto 5 industrial demolition contracts simultaneously.
