Building Services Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) Central London- Static Role GBP43,000 - Mon- Fri. full time, permanent, overtime benefits Your new company: Building Services Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) * One of the largest Facilities Management Technical Services provider. * This Role will be doing Mechanical Bias Building Services on a large commercial client facing site in Central London Your new role as a Building Services Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) * You will be working Monday - Friday, 40 hour week, across a corporate, client facing site in Central London * Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. You will be working with a range of building service appliances. * HVAC, AHU rsquo;s, FCU rsquo;s filter changes, pumps, belts, motors, water hygiene, basic plumbing, temp checks, flushing, minor repairs, fault finding, and any other general building service maintenance duties.
