Due to further, strategic expansion, an opportunity has now arisen for a Despatch Operative to join them at their facility in Lincolnshire. Working as part of the small, friendly team, within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will take ownership of packing and preparing goods for shipment, whilst complying with customer requirements and internal procedures. The key responsibilities for your new role as Despatch Operative are as follows: * Receiving parts into stores. * Packing parts to customer requirements. * Preparing parts for despatch. * Printing paperwork for despatch, including invoices. * Booking shipments on to courier systems. * Loading lorries with packed goods. In an ideal world, my client would like to find someone with goods handling / shipment experience, who has already worked within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Regardless of previous expertise, you will be dependable and responsible, by nature, and a great team player. In return, my client is offering an excellent salary of GBP19,062 - GBP25,228, dependent on experience. An excellent benefits package is also on offer which includes 25 days holiday per year (plus Bank holidays), subsidised health care, personal accident plan, long service award, bike to work scheme, death in service benefit and a matched pension of 5%. The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 7.30am ndash; 4pm and 7.30am ndash; 12.30pm on a Friday.
