Responsibilities: bull; Partnering with the class teacher to create a stimulating learning environment that ignites curiosity and fosters a love for learning. bull; Supporting children with personal care routines and offering gentle guidance and assistance as they navigate the world around them. bull; Implementing positive behaviour management strategies to promote a harmonious and inclusive atmosphere within the nursery. bull; Collaborating closely with colleagues and parents to ensure each child receives the tailored support they need to thrive. Requirements: bull; Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting, with a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges young children may encounter. bull; Proficiency in providing personal and intimate care to children with sensitivity and compassion. bull; Relevant qualifications or training in early childhood education (desirable but not essential). bull; A genuine passion for fostering the growth and development of young children, coupled with a patient and nurturing demeanour.
