Worth Recruiting ndash; Property Industry Recruitment RICS SENIOR VALUATION SURVEYOR Location: Paddock Wood, TN12 Salary: GBP60k - GBP80k (Subject to experience qualifications) Position: Permanent ndash; Full Time This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced RICS Senior Valuation Surveyor to join a professional expanding Property Services company based in the Tunbridge Wells / Paddock Wood area. You must be able to work independently and autonomously as well as being able to work as part of a busy and successful team. You will be required to and undertake Residential Property Valuations for both private clients and lenders, plus other professional work including Landlord Tenant Act procedures and experience of working in a similar position before is essential. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Valuer and RICS qualified with post qualification experience. Skills: The skills required for this RICS Senior Valuation Surveyor role will include: RICS / Registered valuer Minimum 2 years rsquo; experience post qualification. Valuation experience in the residential sector Highly motivated individual Proven ability to drive projects to a successful and timely conclusion Strong organisational skills in order to set priorities and be responsive to customer requests Multi-tasking abilities and initiative in order to proactively deal with a wide range of queries In-depth knowledge of best valuation practices Attention to detail/disciplined individual A good team player with strong analytical skills The Company: Our client is an energetic, market leading local independent property agency, with an excellent reputation and several local offices in and around the local area.
