Project Manager - Regional Building Contractor Windsor, Berkshire Permanent Circa GBP85,000 - GBP92,000 plus package (negotiable depending on experience) Start May / June 2024 Project: middot;GBP16m new build 3-storey, 100+-bedroom hotel in Berkshire. Cut Carve, new build, RC Frame, SFS. Project starts in June 2024 with a 2-year duration. Company Profile: middot;This well run, and financially stable regional contractor carries out new build, large refurbishments across a range of sectors up to a project value of circa GBP18m. Sectors include commercial, residential, education, sport leisure and automotive.
