Audio Visual Engineer My public sector client are seeking a talented Audio Visual Engineer to join there team. As an Audio Visual Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, installation, and maintenance of AV systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Including service and support. Responsibilities: Design and engineer audiovisual systems tailored to the specific needs. Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine optimal equipment placement and configuration. Develop comprehensive system schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment lists. Install and configure AV equipment, including displays, projectors, speakers, microphones, amplifiers, and control systems. Perform thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality and reliability. Provide training and technical support to clients and end-users. Provide support on VC and live events Stay current with emerging audiovisual technologies and industry trends. Qualifications: 2 + Years proven experience in AV Proficiency with audiovisual equipment, including but not limited to, video processors, switchers, DSPs, and codecs. Strong understanding of audiovisual standards and protocols, such as HDMI, HDBaseT, and Dante. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
