You will need to be an accomplished Estate Agent capable of generating appraisals, winning instructions and leading the sales team! You will be ambitious, enthusiastic and target driven and be able to demonstrate your ability to deliver first class customer service at all times and lead by example. The perfect candidate will have significant experience in Estate Agency, excellent listing experience and be looking to take the next step in their career.
