Level 5 coaching professional trainer

Role Overview: As a Trainer, you #39;ll be instrumental in guiding a diverse cohort of learners through the Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship standard, focusing on personalized development. This role requires a unique blend of coaching skills, commitment, and the ability to seamlessly integrate on-the-job and off-the-job learning components into learners #39; development journeys. This role is fully remote, with occasional operations meetings and company away days in-person. They prioritise staff well-being, providing benefits and initiatives such as: * Investment in staff CPD, with study days every month for your own personal development * Flexible working arrangements to support work/life balance * 5.6 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays off and a 2-week closure over Christmas/New Year #39;s. * Ability to engage with numerous ongoing growth projects in addition to your day-to-day responsibilities * Charity days and company away days * Ongoing wellbeing initiatives Skills Coach - Key Responsibilities: * Provide exemplary coaching, support, and motivation to a cohort of adult learners enrolled in the Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship. * Develop robust plans for each learner #39;s unique learning journey, showcasing deliberate and well-structured progress from their starting point. * Integrate on-the-job and off-the-job learning components into learners #39; development journeys, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience. * Tailor additional support and catch-up solutions to meet individual needs and personal goals. * Engage line managers in learners #39; progress and conduct regular tripartite reviews. * Prepare learners for the end-point assessment gateway, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed. * Ensure learners fulfil off-the-job learning requirements and meet the standards #39; expectations. * Proactively engage and re-engage learners who may be falling behind in their learning. * Participate in Apprenticeship Team Standardization meetings to contribute to the continuous improvement of the coaching practices. * Foster a passion for learning and effectively engage with learners from diverse industries and backgrounds. Skills Coach - Experience Qualifications: In addition to a strong background in delivering apprenticeships or learning and development, the successful candidate will possess: * L5 or above Coaching Qualification (essential) * Relevant experience coaching leaders or managers in business (essential) * Experience in the apprenticeship sector (highly desirable) * Experience of the L5 Coaching Professional apprenticeship delivery (highly desirable) * Recognized teaching qualification (desirable but not essential) * EMCC membership (desirable but not essential) * Detailed knowledge and understanding of theoretical and academic application of coaching theories.
