As a Planning Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the planning process for a variety of projects. You will work closely with our clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that planning applications are prepared and submitted efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: middot;Conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies. middot;Leading and managing a team of planning professionals. middot;Preparing and submitting planning applications. middot;Engaging with local authorities and other regulatory bodies. middot;Providing expert advice on planning policies and regulations. middot;Managing client relationships and expectations. Qualifications: middot;Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field. middot;Extensive experience in planning and project management. middot;Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., RTPI). middot;Strong knowledge of UK planning policies and regulations. middot;Excellent communication and negotiation skills. middot;Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
