As a key part of our Engineering Leadership team, you #39;ll engage and motivate a skilled team of engineers, utilising root cause analysis to identify and prioritise corrective, preventative, predictive and mitigating actions. At our high performing flagship site near Wakefield, the team are dedicated to delivering unbeatable quality in a safe manner with highly reliable equipment. In this role you will lead, motivate and manage a team of multi skilled engineers to drive a culture that delivers plant reliability, product quality and safety in line with company standards. Working alongside the Engineering Manager and Operational Support Manager you #39;ll have accountability for delivering the engineering strategy, via planned, corrective and reactive maintenance work.
