Senior associate building surveyor

Our client, an award winning multi-disciplinary design, property and construction consultancy, now seek a Senior / Associate Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Bromley. Due to a strong pipeline of exciting projects, they now require the Building Surveyor to help support the increased workload in their residential team focusing on project-based works on high rise residential projects. As they are a multi-disciplinary consultancy, they also work across the commercial, education and housing sectors, as well as working for both private sector and public clients. Therefore, there would be exposure to a range of other projects also. Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Position Overview Undertaking a range of building surveying and project management duties, including: Contract Administration Project based works Employers Agent work Technical Due Diligence and lead Project management Liaising with other disciplines Other building surveying duties to be discussed as required Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Position Requirements MRICS qualified or close Degree or relevant qualification Minimum of 4 years #39; experience with another consultancy Based locally or within commuting distance of Bromley Residential project experience is be ideal but not essential Project based works and contract administration experience is ideal Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Position Remuneration Salary: GBP45k - GBP75k (DOE - Guide only) Hybrid working 25 days holiday + Christmas shutdown CPD / training Professional membership fee covered 4% workplace pension Re-imbursed parking costs Further benefits to be discussed as required Please call: (phone number removed) Bennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
