Rolling mill setter

Mainstay Recruitment are currently seeking a number of Rolling Mill Setters/operators for our client in West Bromwich. Role Responsibilities Set and operate our roll forming equipment, presses and ancillary equipment Produce parts at the correct rate and report any issues with achieving that rate Take responsibility for the quality of the parts produced Keep production and quality related records up to date Ensure good levels of 5S are maintained in the area Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements in all aspects of the role Ensure Health Safety procedures are followed Performs Other Duties as AssignedThe Candidate Experience within setting and operating rolling mills Flexibility to work a rotating 3 shift pattern (Days, Afternoons and Nights) Able to check quality of the parts you manufacture Strong Health and Safety ethics Experience setting and operating COLD rolling mill. Average annual salary of GBP33,000-GBP35,000
