Here at Howells, we are working with a leading Social housing contractor for an operative with sufficient muti trading knowledge to join their team in the Hastings area, to work on Voids/occupied properties on repairs maintenance. Working the Social Housing sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by tackling a variety of repairs/maintenance in social housing properties. Your duties will include various repairs in properties mainly carpentry and plumbing.
