On offer is the opportunity for a Contracts Manager from a Maintenance and building services background to oversee and have overall responsibility for planned and unplanned maintenance projects. The individual will be responsible for the Management and Delivery of PPM contracts as well as liaising with clients to develop long- standing business through professionalism and integrity. You will also have financial responsibility for all contracts under your jurisdiction. This will involve: Estimation, Survey, and Renewal. The Role: Managing service term contracts encompassing a diverse range of systems, from gas- and oil- fired heating to low-carbon heating (heat pumps), air conditioning, and more Ensuring contractors adhere to safe working practices and equipment is consistently maintained for optimal safety Conducting periodic and sample inspections to verify working practices and ensure ongoing competence.
