About the role hellip; Working closely and successfully with cross functional teams such as BA rsquo;s, Stakeholders, engineers and customers to understand the data they are receiving. Shaping the data engineering team, mentoring and developing junior engineers. You will help define data strategy whilst designing and build data models. Managing and leading a team of data engineers whilst providing technical guidance. You will identify and resolve any data quality issues. Drive the data transformation models and capabilities. About you hellip; You will have strong communication skills. A deep understanding of data modelling and database design. You will have strong demonstrable data analytical skills. You rsquo;ll have excellent programming skills such as Python, Java or Scala. You will have strong leadership skills. Benefits hellip; Comprehensive medical cover.
