Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate roofing crews and subcontractors, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork on-site. Supervision: Provide hands-on supervision of roofers and subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
