Electrical Estimator Location ndash; Great Dunmow, Essex Salary - GBP44,000 to GBP50,000 Type ndash; Permanent, full time Up Front Recruitment are looking to hire an Electrical Estimator for a fantastic, innovative and progressive client. Your key responsibilities: bull; Attend site to meet clients and get an understanding of their requirements bull; Interpret client specifications - liaising with clients to understand their requirements and produce scope of works and quotations bull; Undertake take offs and pricing up works - electrical load calculations, cable size and mark up drawings bull; Speaking with suppliers and wholesalers to obtain prices bull; Attend meetings on site to present and discuss offers bull; Answer any technical questions presented by the client bull; Follow up on all tenders submitted bull; Strong negotiation skills to aid in winning jobs bull; Liaise with operations team for new projects and handovers Skills Qualifications: bull; Formal electrical qualification ndash; either trade electrician, engineering, or electrical building services bull; Familiar with enquiry documents and prequalification documents/requirements bull; On-site experience ndash; preferred bull; Experience using different types of contract ndash; JCT, NEC bull; Good IT skills with Microsoft 365 (MS Package) If this sounds like an opportunity for you, Apply Now
