Telesales person

We are recruiting for one of our longstanding clients in the St Ives (Cambridgeshire) area for a full time, permanent Telesales Sales person. Main Responsibilities: To sell the benefits of the product to clients referred by the partners, whilst ensuring maximum instruction and conversion rates. This position is heavily sales based; you will be expected to deal with a minimum level of referrals per day whilst maintaining a conversion rate that the business identifies to you. The need to maintain relationships with the partners and legal firms to ensure the business adheres to service legal agreements. Targets and KPI rsquo;s currently set are reached in the area of your role. Skills/Experience: Previous sales experience in a call centre environment is advantageous Self- motivated Proactive IT experience (use of email, internet, keyboard etc.) Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining sales results. Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner. Proven track record in sales calling and conversion results. Ability to influence others. Self-motivated Able to work under pressure and maintain your own case load. You will need to work well in a team environment and on your own initiative. Able to create and maintain relationships with customers and our clients. Time management skills are essential.
