About the Role: As a key player in our team, you #39;ll be instrumental in enhancing our delivery capabilities for the remainder of the AMP7 funding cycle. Working within our framework portfolio on behalf of Southern Water, you #39;ll oversee non-infrastructure projects valued at up to GBP20 million. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful on-site delivery of wastewater treatment plant projects. Key Responsibilities: middot;Lead and manage site construction teams to deliver projects within budget and timeframe. middot;Drive a culture of health, safety, environmental, and sustainability compliance. middot;Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and subcontractors. middot;Conduct constructability reviews and drive innovation in construction techniques. middot;Prioritize zero waste and reducing embodied carbon within construction activities. Skills/Experience: middot;Proven experience in managing operational resources in a fast-paced water/wastewater environment. middot;HNC/Degree in Civil or Construction Management. middot;CSCS Card (Black minimum) to ensure highest safety standards. middot;Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. middot;Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. middot;Performance-driven mindset with a track record of achieving critical outcomes.
