This company are a thriving Managed Service Provider which offers a variety of IT services and solutions to a vast range of local enterprises. Due to their continued success they are expanding their Infrastructure and Networking team. In this role you will solve a variety of problems for clients, providing 1st and 2nd line support on software/network and IT hardware troubleshooting both remotely and at client sites. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of TIL practices, Active Directory, Exchange, 365, Windows 10 and VPN. You will have some experience working in a 1st Line Support/Helpdesk role. You will also hold a full UK Driving License.
