Private client solicitor or fee earner

My client is searching for a Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner to join their growing firm based in Hove, East Sussex on a hybrid basis. Role Purpose bull; To manage all client work in accordance with the detailed procedures and quality standards contained in the firm rsquo;s Office Manual and associated policies. bull; To ensure the successful development of the department and the firm in line with the business plan. bull; To ensure the confidentiality and security of the firm rsquo;s clients, documents and information. bull; To actively practise and promote the firm rsquo;s ethos and values, demonstrating our core competencies and encouraging the development of others in line with these Key tasks bull; To ensure work is undertaken expeditiously and to a high standard. bull; To keep clients regularly informed of the progress of their case and costs. bull; To achieve agreed levels of billing. bull; To undertake fee earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the department.
