Due to continued business growth and expansion we are looking to recruit a PA Administrator for this well established manufacturing business in Hawes, North Yorkshire. This is a busy and varied role and you will work alongside a friendly team. This is a site based role as you will be an integral part of the team. As PA Administrator you will provide essential administrative support to multiple departments alongside PA duties for the director. You will support the HR team and senior leadership team PA Administrator Responsibilities: middot;Providing administrative support to the team middot;Provide PA duties to the director middot;Diary management middot;Meeting room management scheduling meetings middot;Arranging hospitality, accommodation and other facilities for meetings middot;Providing support to the senior leadership team HR middot;Internal communications - monthly newsletters, noticeboards, performance updates, middot;Collating monthly reports middot;Organising events including roadshows and exhibitions PA Administrator Requirements: middot;Previous administration experience middot;Good supervisory or team leading skills preferred middot;Good analytical skills middot;Good IT skills with attention to detail middot;Excellent communication skills middot;Have the ability to prioritise your workload middot;A team player, happy to provide support where needed middot;Excellent customer service skills with a good telephone manner middot;Own transport due to location Benefits: middot;Basic full time equivalent salary of GBP24,000-GBP28,000 middot;33 days annual leave middot;Site bonus scheme middot;Life assurance middot;Health cash plan middot;Employee assistance program middot;Training and development programmes middot;Well being app middot;Employee discount on products middot;Family friendly working policy and flexi working hours We would expect the successful candidate to have previous experience in an administration role.
