Mechanical Design Engineer (Building Services) Manchester GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 DOE Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer with previous experience within a building services consultancy? If so, please keep reading! We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join a dynamic team, and work to deliver efficient design solutions across a number of sectors including but not limited to health care, commercial, manufacturing and custodial. Key Responsibilities: Develop and prepare technical specifications, designs, model/ drawing production, equipment schedules and technical reports. Undertake site surveys and inspections and production of technical reports. Understand various RIBA stages and what works are to be carried out at each stage. I.e. be able to work from concept to completion. Conducting reach and applying new ways of working and technologies. Identifying and addressing problems and issues. Undertake CDM risk assessments Be able to work in a team and feels comfortable working with others. Requirements: Minimum 7 years rsquo; experience within an M E design consultancy Relatable degree qualifications Chartered or working towards chartered status.
